If it isn’t fun, then why bother? Learning a musical instrument can feel awkward and sometimes downright frustrating. It really helps to have a teacher that understands how to make the journey playful and wants you to feel confident and relaxed while you’re learning.
How do I make it fun?
I’ll teach you the songs you want to play. My teaching focuses on playing music—not just extended efforts in preparation to play music. I’ll ask you about your favorite music and curate a selection of songs you like that I will use to teach you fundamental guitar skills. Playing real music is fun, and playing music you love is priceless.

I’ll show you how to make practice fun, playful, and efficient—it doesn’t take a lot of time each day to get better. And I will support you to progress at your own pace.
